“We needed accommodation to rent my wife stumbled on Rentola the red flag was paying £1 for subscription which we did about less than 2 weeks later they took £39 from us without informing us we later found out they will be doing this every 28 days. We haven't even got any house at the time. It's high time this company got banned. I think the government and necessarily regulatory bodies should look into this. It's simply broad daylight robbery.”

“I am an investor and a real estate broker. Rentola had a posting of my property for lease posted by a fraudster. I asked Rentola to remove the post. They did not, so I contacted the fraudster by joining with the required $2 fee. Then Rentola started demanding a premium membership $55 and did not reply to my emails about my complaint. I would not be surprised half of their postings are fraudulent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.”

I am making a complain about them to the Dutch consumer rights.
I did not use the service they offer. No real house option just pointing to other sites.
Their site is appearing in house rental searches. One can easily subscribe for 1 euro but it is a nightmare to unsubscribe before the trial period. Customer service reacts only after trial period so they can send the invoice for month and it cannot be objected.”

“The website is designed to deceive people, full of misleading advertisements who tricked people to put their credit card details to wrong website.
I got charged $55 from random ad website after clicked one of the word START subscription.
No follow up information whatsoever, admin intentionally left the wrong email address so nobody could ever send them emails or complains. Avoid to subscribe at any cost! This is useless money sucking website that only had old listings.”
“I receive constantly emails after 3 times unsubscribing. Now I tried to unsubscribe one more time after another email, amd I got notificacion that I already filled up the unsubscribtion form.
I don't know about the service and I haven't rent anything from Rentola, so I can only talk about the email list experience.”

I signed up to a trial and called three real estate agents for properties advertised on Rentola.com.au. Each of the agents informed me the listings were very old and were rented a long time ago. They also advised the advertised monthly price is in fact a weekly price and it is a known fault with Rentola.com.au website.
I contacted Rentola but they never replied to me. I successfully got my money back via chargeback via my bank.”
“My experience with Rentola was terrible. First of all, the website is full of scammers, second - it was an entire quest to find an "unsubscribe" button. After that I have received an additional bill to pay and numerous emails asking to pay so to avoid "consequences that we both don't want". (what is it, I wonder?) Is it a rental service or a scammers gang? Terrible, do not recommend it to anyone.”
