I had issues with my laptop battery. As soon as I contacted them, we were able to schedule a pick up for the same day. They were quick to order the new battery for me, as well as clean the inside of the laptop and removing all the dust.
Within 48 hours, the laptop was delivered to my house with a new battery and a second life!
