It was over a month before they finally got in touch, they constantly want to avoid any record of conversations and try to conduct their business via phone. I insisted that everything was documented and rejected their repair quote which was 3 times the cost of buying a refurbished macbook of the same spec. I had not given written authorisation for any work to be done, I simply requested quote options for the repair. When I replied to say that I didn't want to talk to them by phone and that I wanted my item back they sent a rude message telling me I know nothing about computers and that their manager wanted to speak to me for wasting their time and that they would no longer communicate unless I spoke on the phone. They refused to send the mac back, and sent the abusive messages as pictured below.\r\nIf you want to conduct business with a company that thinks its appropriate to call its customers idiots when they refuse a quote then go ahead also don't expect to get your property back if you use thier ebay service!"
