I had a severe issue with the BIOS on my PC. I was looking for urgent repair on a Saturday as I needed to use my PC for exams the following week. I brought it into the workshop and Satya worked on it straight away. I was out of the workshop in 2 hours with a fully operating PC again. Really flawless service. Thanks again to Satya for working on a Saturday so that I could use my PC for upcoming exams.
