Do not use this service, probably a person who lives near a U-Pull and just accesses used parts and pretends to be a repair service by placing stickers on old parts saying"warranty void if removed". I had same experience as most people, sent in a broken part, received a replacement broken part then told they cannot find any problem with it I must be a scammer. However the dealer and I say its broken. I have photos and emails to provide further proof, but for $400 with no chance of recovering my money I am finished fighting just want to warn others.
