“Horrible customer service. Did NOT provide "one day turnaround" as advertised. Had my part a week the first attempted fix and almost a week the second time. Each time they were almost non-responsive on inquiries and very short incomplete sentences when they did respond. They did NOT fix the module on either attempt and have stopped responding completely to my messages requesting a refund.”
“The ABS ECU for my 2015 Explorer worked without issue. It was shipped quickly. After returning the core for credit, it took a while but ultimately I did receive the crdit. I'll definitely use them again.”
“The ECU/HCU for the 2011 Explorer with adaptive cruise control is discontinued from Ford. It was a $425 part. Repair Lab price was $890. Not complaining, as it is a very hard item to find, supply and demand issue. The rebuilt unit fixed the problem. My only concern is communication and ETA could be better, but in the end, it all worked out.”
“ABS module hydraulic portion for mom's 2008 Ford Escape was not allowing for good pedal pressure or normal pedal height. After checking for fluid leaks and bleeding entire system repeadedly and then replacing the master cyl, a reman hydraulic(metal half of the) ABS module from these fine folks at repair laboratory was the ONLY solution as new or used parts were not available anywhere locally or online. Brake pedal height and stopping power is back baby!👍”

At the 23rd Jan the tracking info is saying the part is back with you. “Like others have said, this company will send you a defective product and then claim it was working. If you return it, they will say they never received it back and will take your total money, including the deposit. Do not buy from company.”
“Very shady company. Purchased a ABS module. Received the first module and it was setting ABS codes. We purchased a second module because they would not send another without the old one returned. Received the second module. It worked. When getting the credit they did not give us a full refund for the part that was defective or the shipping we had to pay for the return part. They said they did not charge us a core but the invoice shows $100.00 core charge. We did not receive the core charge. They stated that EBay charges them $100.00 so they would not refund the charge. We highly recommend finding another company.”
