At the 23rd Jan the tracking info is saying the part is back with you. I would like it to be shipped to the following address Janine Nimchan 10813 NW 30th Street STE 115 WEB 91899 Doral Florida 33192 - 2147. All payments have been made inclusive of shipping. I would really your assistance as I am out of pocket and still don't have the item.”
“Like others have said, this company will send you a defective product and then claim it was working. If you return it, they will say they never received it back and will take your total money, including the deposit. Do not buy from company.”
“Very shady company. Purchased a ABS module. Received the first module and it was setting ABS codes. We purchased a second module because they would not send another without the old one returned. Received the second module. It worked. When getting the credit they did not give us a full refund for the part that was defective or the shipping we had to pay for the return part. They said they did not charge us a core but the invoice shows $100.00 core charge. We did not receive the core charge. They stated that EBay charges them $100.00 so they would not refund the charge. We highly recommend finding another company.”
“Everything went fine . The only hiccup I had was it took about 2 weeks or so to get the part in but , so far so good on everything working properly and getting the core refunded went smoothly too”
“I will echo other comments that I was told the part was available for immediate shipping, but it was actually 3 weeks. Fortunately I got the part just in time before needing to drive 1,100 miles to family vacation. Without this part and the folks at Repair Laboratory, I would be looking at never having cruise control, ABS, and traction control again since the part has been discontinued.”
“there website says same day shipping. it was a week before they shipped it. also says core deposit sent the day they recieve it. deposit was returned 2 weeks after they recived the core. part was as stated and works.”
