“Never do any business with this person! The seller shipped the pump from the States to Germany with snail mail. Took over a month to receive it, only to receive two separate packages. The ABS pump was beaten up, dirty, and physically damaged. The seller's packaging was clearly not good enough and got damaged on the way so eBay repacked it. The issue was brought up with the seller, but I was met with a rude and arrogant attitude, and then turned into straight-up insulting communication, and complete unwillingness to help with the situation. He can't ship a package properly or communicate normally, let alone rebuild a pump!”

Then the part did not work (I even took the part to the Ford dealer to verify it wasn’t working). They told me over the phone to send it back for a refund. After it was delivered back to them, it took me 5 emails and a week and a half to get my “partial refund”. Tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee and shipping on a part that was broken.
