“Like others have said, this company will send you a defective product and then claim it was working. If you return it, they will say they never received it back and will take your total money, including the deposit. Do not buy from company.”
“Very shady company. Purchased a ABS module. Received the first module and it was setting ABS codes. We purchased a second module because they would not send another without the old one returned. Received the second module. It worked. When getting the credit they did not give us a full refund for the part that was defective or the shipping we had to pay for the return part. They said they did not charge us a core but the invoice shows $100.00 core charge. We did not receive the core charge. They stated that EBay charges them $100.00 so they would not refund the charge. We highly recommend finding another company.”
“These people are liars. The part was allegedly in stock and they would ship in two days. It didn't come. Then they said it would ship in another two days and I would have it in two days. Then they admitted they didn't have it but could ship it in four days. They had the nerve to charge my credit card for an item that didn't ship. Total scam.”

“Buyer beware. I called this company outside normal business hours. There was no recorded business specific voicemail greeting message. Then, once the automated message prompt finished, the voicemail box was full. I called back during normal business hours and was greeted with a confused "hello". I informed the person I was calling the number on the business website with a question, as I wasn't sure I had dialed the right number, and asked if this was Repair Laboratory. "Yes" was the response I got. I asked my specific question, about actual inventory quantity on a part, and after I provided very unspecific vehicle information, I was told, "yes, we have it so place your order and we will ship it today". I will not be placing any order as the business sounds extremely unprofessional at the least. I would go so far as to speculate, based on my experience and on other reviews, that this is an outright scam if not misleading. Only posting this to save others the trouble and time wasted. If you legitimately have had a bad experience here, I encourage you to report this business to BBB.”
“This place is a SCAM, they repaired my ABS module and it only lasted two months. I sent it back for a warranty repair, they kept it two weeks. When I received it back It was doing the exact same thing it was doing before I sent it off. I'm not even sure it's the same module, I wrote my name on mines, it's not on this one. Now they tell me it can't be repaired the problem is on my end. When I have it scanned the problem shows to be the ABS Module that they repaired. They are refusing to refunding any money. You don't have to believe me, just do your homework.

“This is more for people who want to order a part from this company. BEWARE
I found the part on their store, put together all the information to purchase including credit card info, then I emailed them and asked them what they meant by REBUILT. I also if it was tested and worked and their reply was "install it and test it yourself" Then I asked again and they said it wasn't rebuilt but was fine. They never answered the questions and their ad lied about being REBUILT and then they said just place your order. I replied and stated I would find somewhere else to buy the part that was more reputable. Their response was, "good, I hope you go purchase from someone else." The guy I dealt with was just a smart ass and had no diplomacy at all and had no intention of trying to convince me his part was OK to purchase. I think he just pulls parts from wrecked vehicles and sells them, working or not.”

“Do not use this service, probably a person who lives near a U-Pull and just accesses used parts and pretends to be a repair service by placing stickers on old parts saying"warranty void if removed". I had same experience as most people, sent in a broken part, received a replacement broken part then told they cannot find any problem with it I must be a scammer. However the dealer and I say its broken. I have photos and emails to provide further proof, but for $400 with no chance of recovering my money I am finished fighting just want to warn others.”

“This guy sent me two faulty ABS modules and refused to refund me without returning the last one which leaves me without a core. The core charge is $100 plus $12 in shipping both times. He was unapologetic saying once he received my core, I no longer had one. I have to forfeit my core and return this ABS module to get a refund. Oh ya, in 3 days. Despite replacing my master cylinder, and two different mechanics trying to bleed the system, he says the problem is my car. Don't buy from this guy.”
“Never do any business with this person! The seller shipped the pump from the States to Germany with snail mail. Took over a month to receive it, only to receive two separate packages. The ABS pump was beaten up, dirty, and physically damaged. The seller's packaging was clearly not good enough and got damaged on the way so eBay repacked it. The issue was brought up with the seller, but I was met with a rude and arrogant attitude, and then turned into straight-up insulting communication, and complete unwillingness to help with the situation. He can't ship a package properly or communicate normally, let alone rebuild a pump!”
