I called for service of my samsung refirigerator in december 2021 . My place was thripunithura. The technician told me that the starting circuit and thermostat of my refrigerator is faulty. They asked me to pay a bill of RS 3700 including service charge. They never provided me a bill. Till now I haven't received a bill . I dont think the cost of starting circuit and thermostat will cost RS 3200 ; It is very cheating. I dont expect these kind of dealings from company. So never ask for service from repair world.
