Came to my home and took the front panel for repair, took 3500 rupees as advance. No bill provided. Now there is no response to the call , repair world disowned me saying they have not registered my complaint and the technician is not from their company. I am planning to move legally , there are several such cases in Kerala market that the franchise owner shares the lead to freelancers and collects his share from the service person. They are using repair world's name for business as they don't have enough staff to provide service. This I came to know from your competitors after researching.
