This is to express my grievance to whoever concerNed regarding my washing machine repair. I called up your reputed company to check my machine and I got the technician on the second day ie. on 15 Jan.21. He took the parts and came back after 11 days and said the PCB is not o/o and is replaced. He gave me the bill for Rs.4800.as per RW/A/26012021/6504. However the machine did the same problem on the next day again and I called up the technician again and he said to call the Samsung company. Of course I had no other choice and called the company. The technician came and checked the machine and said, probably it's the PCB and the existing one was not a new one as your said he replaced. The Samsung technician went back and came, after 5 days with a new PCB and replaced and I had to pay for the PCB. I realized that your technician played game by fooling me. I cannot accept this from your type of service company and you would atleast refund my 4800 rupees. Awaiting your earliest dicision in favour of your customers support. Thank you.
