agoScam artists. I missed the emails saying that my policy was about to renew and subsequently missed the cooling off period by 2 weeks. I was charged for the whole year for something I don't need. They refused to refund me for the 11 months I don't need.
No text message reminders, because that would mean more people would cancel and this would hurt the companies profits. No option when signing up to just to join for 1 year and not for automatic renewals. Very dishonest business practices. Avoid.
