I called them last Friday when my car broke down and I was unable to drive it. After 40 minutes of listening to "stay on the line, we will answer your call", I put the phone down. I realise that it was a bank holiday weekend, but surely answer the phone in the first instance, and advise that they will will call when they're able to to get the ball rolling.
They weren't there when I needed them, therfore the money spent on cover proved to be completely wasted. Thankfully, a family member was able to tow me.
I would not recommend this company.
