They never told me will be a charge for $9.99 dollars for a cancellation. Always said there will be a full refund for cancellations within the cancellation window.
Run away from these people. They are in Thailand, so if you have to call them you pay the call.
Difficult to contact them. No site recognize the reservation number.
They give you a number and give a different number to the hotel.
