If I could give them a zero I would. Charged me for a hotel room that was unavailable. I can see not refunding someone their money if they cancel but if the hotel does not have vacancy then they need to refund your money. I will never use this site ever again and never would have in the first place had I known that they were a scam pretending to be the hotel.
