When you call thru phone always ask if it is the actual hotel RED FLAG!!!
IF THEY ASK YOU TO CONFIRM THE NAME OF THE HOTEL THAT YOU WANT TO BOOK WITH SOMETIMES THEY TEND TO SOUND LIKE THEY ARE FROM OR AFFILIATED WITH THE HOTEL.
