I wish you could give zero stars. Please do not get yourself in this trap. They have no power over your reservations in regards to requests, refunds or anything. It is unclear how they continue to stay in business. I am terribly sorry I did not realize I was booking through them and didn't research the company first. I hope this saves someone else from getting scammed out of their money.
