Do not use them! They are crooks and they lie. After making a reservation we needed to cancel and they said it was no problem but that it would be a $19 fee. But then they couldn't find my reservation, so couldn't cancel it. Then they said if we just didn't show up at the hotel the charge would drop off the pending charge list. That didn't happen, they didn't cancel it, but then I got a $19 charge for cancelling too!
