As many have stated below their site is a crock. I went to book a hotel specifically in Spartanburg, SC. I got to the final page and clicked confirm and receive an email for a hotel in Somerset, PA. I immediately contacted them and they said they would look into it. This was on 5/26. On 7/20 after multiple back and forth emails, I was denied a refund with zero explanation. Embarrassing practices and will not recommend them.
