I truly wish I saw these reviews before I used this site. Listen to the ratings, they are real!! Customer service is incredibly lackin.! First of all, they will only answer your call immediately if you push the "book a new" reservation prompt. If you have an issue (want to change, cancel or anything else) you will wait on hold for quite some time. I tried calling 3 separate times to resolve an issue because they continue to say they there is nothing they can do and then they disconnect the call. So incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional. Assistance is not there after your money is in their hands. Think twice about Reservations.com.
