Misrepresentation bordering on fraud in most any other industry. Buried terms and conditions. I find their ethics wanting. I think their owners Expedia.com perpetuate the abuse of the Consumer Marketplace.
They present a excessive amount of non-useful information to cover up the fact that you are going to pay a non-refundable payment by using their site.
Zero accountability. I am requesting investigation by the Attorney's General Office.
