Total fraud. You don't realize you've booked though them! Then the booking is non refundable but you aren't told that. I wasn't even canceling but rather trying to change from a king to double beds. I was told no that it was non refundable. I told them I realized that and just wanted to change. I was hung up on, called back, hung up on again and the 3rd time was told there was a $229 penalty for changing. I cannot believe the can be in business!
