This company lies and steals your money! I made a reservation with what I thought was the Holiday Inn Express on February 20th in RI to visit my dying mother. I had just received news that she was declining and I needed to get there. I booked a reservation for 2/20 to what I thought was 2/21. Instead their system booked me to March 21! The charge was over $4665.00!! I discovered the error in the morning when I was making sure I had my confirmation number and I immediately called them. They said my reservation was non-cancellable but then they directed me to the hotel. The hotel did not get the funds and they directed me back to Reservations.com. Calls, emails, letters, letters to attorney generals of NY and FL (I live in NY) are of course a total waste of time. I disputed the charge with my CC company and they could not get it reversed, and then I finally received an email from Reservations.com that they were going to refund my money. CC company tried to retrieve it and they did NOT refund. So I got taken for $4,666.00!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!!!!
