Terrible scam.
I am reporting to my bank as fraud.
First off, they sneakily pose as direct booking with that hotel.
Second they have hundreds in hidden fees.
I was booking, entering my card info, began to read fine print & the company/site completed my transaction! I had began transaction online yet never authorized it through. My bank sent a confirmation #for this purchase that I never entered which is required to complete purchase so I plan on getting my money back. I cant believe this company is in existence.
