I would go lower than one star if possible. DO NOT use this website. They did NOT tell me they were going to charge me a $19.99 booking fee and they charged my card $139 MORE than my bill when I checked out of my hotel. They also charged the card immediately when I made a reservation, even though I supposedly had until the next week to cancel if I needed to. I tried to get a refund, but they refused. This is a TOTAL SCAM!!! I thought I was calling the hotel's central reservations as the number pops up when you go to the hotel homepage. I've booked through Hotels.com and Tripadvisor and never had any issues.
