Wow came to leave a review wish i had noticed I was booking with them and not the hotel. Ended up in a car accident the day of my reservation and tried to cancel. I sent in pics and the police report. After they “reviewed” it said they couldn’t cancel because there is a no refund clause even under the circumstances. I will be more careful next time
