This is the worse agency you can possibly hire! No skills dealing with incident management. They are rude and not helpful in their interactions.We had our flight cancelled very last minute and we called both the agency and the hotel to notify we will be a no show. They are still trying to make us pay for the full amount of 3 nights stay even though we notified them for a no show within the cancellation policy (before 18.00 PM of the first day) which we would only pay for one night as a fine. They've caused myself and my family so much stress - please book somewhere else.
