In a matter of minutes after booking a room with a King, my confirmation tells me it's a twin double room (acessable). After calling RESERVATIONS.COM and talking with managers and all, no one would, could or was willing to change the room to the room we requested. The room I checked was a king, that's all I know, how it was changed doesn't matter. I still want to use reservation.com, and stay in the same hotel, the same day, just a different room. NO ONE ON RESERVATIONS>COM were willing or able to help rectify a simple snaffu. Use Expedia, Trivago, any other reservation company, their additional price ups were more than their competioion as well.
