I'm fairly good at making sure I NEVER book through an agency - even I got caught out! I thought I was dealing direct with the hotel - I paid reservations.com almost £300 for 2 nights accommodation - the hotel rate was actually £92 inc breakfast!!!!
Probably passes as legal but iniquitous profit making
