Just like other reviews on this site I thought the rooms at the hotel I was going to book would be the same as if I booked direct through the hotel. Nope...these guys are scammers. I called them five minutes after confirming that the actual hotel room and fees were substantially cheaper and was on hold for 45 minutes and then I knew I was going down the "scam city hole" Got some Jamaican ahole who basically said he'd cancel reservation BUT no refund. Unfortunately, the only I person I truly blame is me. I screwed up.
