Total scam and ripoff! Deceptive linking to Hyatt led me down the primrose path. My bad for not being more alert to the URLs. Ten minutes after booking I called their "customer service" and they offered to cancel the room for me and keep all the money. This scam outfit scored a 30% take on this transaction. Education is always expensive. I did call the Hyatt and confirmed that I do, indeed, have a room reserved -- just at 30% more than the actual hotel would have charged. Outfits like this need to be RICO'd into oblivion.
