I thought I was booking directly with the hotel and somehow it was with reservationd.com. Booked a refundable room and found out the refund was good for less than 24 hours. The cancellation fee was the entire booking cost.
I was told no refund even though it is during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
A total scam.
