Upon requesting a reservation, my account was immediately charged $559.95 on August 8, 2022. There were no options to choose to pay later or at the hotel. Upon checking out of the hotel, the final receipt totaled $416.26, a difference of $143.69. Reservationstays.com refused to provide a refund of any kind and would not provide a contact number for a supervisor or corporate headquarters. This is fraud and price gouging, not to mention very poor customer service. If you make reservations, do so directly through the hotel where you would like to stay.
