I accidently booked through them because the website said wminneapolisfoshay right at the beginning making it look like you were booking with the mariott directly. They even have the mariott logo at the top of their booking. Very different from when you know you are booking thought a third party such as expedia, hotels.com, ect. Do not use.”
“My flight was cancelled by the airlines the day before we were to check in to the hotel in Florida. I spoke to multiple "people" at this company and showed proof the flights were cancelled because of a hurricane which is considered a weather event beyond human control. Immediately they showed they wouldn't cancel the reservations and credit back my credit card. I spoke to the hotel manager directly and was told they refunded back to this company the funds for the stay. They kept the money from the hotel and from my credit card company. They are thieves and make every effort to rob people. Also, looking further into this company it should be noted they are in a questionable country with a horrible reputation. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in my state and further with the Washington US office. They are considered scammers. Avoid them at all costs. They don't even deserve 1 star. This business must be closed down.”

“Was trying to get a hotel room during a road trip. Called a hotel directly, but somehow ended up calling reservationstays.com . Didn't have a room where I wanted it, but they said they had a room at the Motel 6 and we were desprete so we agreed. They charged my card $250. Get to the hotel, and they have no record of payment only my reservation. Show them that my card had been charged but they have no record. Call reservationstays.com who tells me they need to look into this and they will call me back .... It was already 230 in the morning at this point so after an hour of no call back I ended up just asking if I could pay for a room (again) and getting a refund from reservationstays. the hotel charged me $120. Reservationstays overcharged me $130. 5 days later I am still fighting with them for a refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. They have finally said they will try but it will take 14 days, with no guarentee.”

They charged me $1600 for a 2 room 2 bathroom suite in Fairmont Chateau Whistler and where we got there, the hotel said they only booked us a 1 room and 1 bath suite which was only $850/night and when I called Reservations Stay, they said “Sorry, the room was non-refundable”. That’s a total scam and my bank advised that I report them to the police for scamming and I will be doing that as well as a sign the credit card company for a refund. Horrible people. Beware!”
“If you google to find a hotel you know, these people clone the hotel site. They DO NOT tell you they are not the hotel. Moreover they impose cancellation restrictions that exceed those of the hotel. When you try to cancel they direct you to a website. It is highly unlikely that you will be refunded. Furthermore, your bill will have a "fees" item which you are led to believe is local taxes, etc. I would not use these people again under any circumstances.”
