Zero stars if I could. I was trying to book the Hyatt in Nashville and this website came up with the URL exactly the same as the official website with /reservationstays at the end. I had deliberately avoided booking my accommodation through a third party booking site. I tried to ask a question using the bot at the bottom right of the screen. It wouldn't allow me to ask for pre-booking, but only for existing bookings. So silly me, I made the booking and then went back to ask the question. The bot had no record of my booking. I had been sent an unofficial looking voucher for check-in, and my $$ had been taken. I then checked directly with Hyatt - nope no booking there either. I've contacted my bank and cancelled the card. I'll dispute the transaction once it's no longer pending.
