“Zero stars if I could. I was trying to book the Hyatt in Nashville and this website came up with the URL exactly the same as the official website with /reservationstays at the end. I had deliberately avoided booking my accommodation through a third party booking site. I tried to ask a question using the bot at the bottom right of the screen. It wouldn't allow me to ask for pre-booking, but only for existing bookings. So silly me, I made the booking and then went back to ask the question. The bot had no record of my booking. I had been sent an unofficial looking voucher for check-in, and my $$ had been taken. I then checked directly with Hyatt - nope no booking there either. I've contacted my bank and cancelled the card. I'll dispute the transaction once it's no longer pending.”

“I have many of the same complaints as others. This company should be shut down. We were charged an outrageous amount of "fees & taxes" after being tricked into thinking this was the actual hotel website. The fees & taxes were hidden on the booking site and then a receipt wasn't even included in the email confirmation. Calling the company within 5 minutes of booking (when the charge was still pending!) yielded NO help.”

“The websites they use are very misleading and make you believe you are booking directly through the hotel webpage. Should you need to modify your reservation, you can't. I accidently booked through them because the website said wminneapolisfoshay right at the beginning making it look like you were booking with the mariott directly. They even have the mariott logo at the top of their booking. Very different from when you know you are booking thought a third party such as expedia, hotels.com, ect. Do not use.”
“My flight was cancelled by the airlines the day before we were to check in to the hotel in Florida. I spoke to multiple "people" at this company and showed proof the flights were cancelled because of a hurricane which is considered a weather event beyond human control. Immediately they showed they wouldn't cancel the reservations and credit back my credit card. I spoke to the hotel manager directly and was told they refunded back to this company the funds for the stay. They kept the money from the hotel and from my credit card company. They are thieves and make every effort to rob people. Also, looking further into this company it should be noted they are in a questionable country with a horrible reputation. I have filed a complaint with the attorney generals office in my state and further with the Washington US office. They are considered scammers. Avoid them at all costs. They don't even deserve 1 star. This business must be closed down.”
“Reserved a non-smoking room, reservationstays booked a smoking room and the hotel couldn't change the reservation upon check-in. reservationstays said they will be more careful in the future, the customer service was rude and unapologetic. They will not offer anything in terms of refund or reimbursement, not even credit towards another reservation.”
