The websites they use are very misleading and make you believe you are booking directly through the hotel webpage. Should you need to modify your reservation, you can't. I accidently booked through them because the website said wminneapolisfoshay right at the beginning making it look like you were booking with the mariott directly. They even have the mariott logo at the top of their booking. Very different from when you know you are booking thought a third party such as expedia, hotels.com, ect. Do not use.
