Lousy customer service! If you cancel your reservation you will not get your full refund back as stated. If you call, you’re told you will be fully refunded in 3-5 business days. Don’t count on it. They won’t even respond to your emails. I received a partial refund and am still waiting for the rest 30 days later. I thought I was making a reservation directly with the Hilton Hotel but somehow the reservation confirmation came from reservation stays. Be careful while trying to book a hotel online because somehow they are able to trick you into thinking you’re dealing with hotel. Don’t be tricked into dealing with them!
