Arrived at hotel that was the opposite of what it was described as. Hotel clerk agreed and called booking company to refund due to "hotel at fault". Received email from reservation Stays, also stating "hotel at fault" and that they would contact within 20 minutes Never received a call and they won't respond to calls or multiple emails. $156+ for 15 minutes in the lobby looking at a bug filled green pool. This was travel for family death, not vacation. Added salt to the wound.
