Terrible website to use for booking a hotel. Not sure how my husband ended up there, but they charged 50% taxes and fees above the room price. Then they never sent a receipt or booking confirmation that had the hotel name, date, room price, taxes and fees charged so we could file it with our travel insurance. Repeated calls, emails have gone unanswered. We will have to dispute with our credit card to get the receipt.
