I booked a hotel reservations through Reservation Stays. When I arrived at the hotel, it was not at there. I person at the address (of a building under construction) said that the hotel closed a while ago. That means that Reservation Stays booked me at a hotel that did not exist. I have been trying for over a month to get a refund and have not been successful. Each time I call I am told of something I have to do and then I am told it is 5 to 7 days for a refund. I would highly recommend no using this booking service.
