Will never use again! Thought I was on hotel website and booked wrong dates for room. Was a popup or something on Holiday Inn. Even paid for refund fee. Terms and Conditions said only if dead, Dr. note , etc. would you be able to change or cancel. No customer service. All online. Check before you book. Never even stayed in room and never got any refund. $900 lost.
