Be careful when you go online and think you’re dealing directly with a hotel. Reservationstays somehow got me out of Westin on the internet without me being aware and now they said I had to cancel the reservation a week in advance! So, now I’m out close to $300! What a scam! The problem is you don’t know you’ve been switched because there’s nothing on the email confirmation to indicate it wasn’t Westin. They are thieves!
