They gave me permission to cancel my reservations cuz the place we were going to had alot of snow. They said I would get my money back in 3 to 5 days and almost a month later, I still haven't received it. I have called and called them, also have sent emails. Get the same response....credit will be received in 3 to 5 business days. Next step is suing them to get it back. DO NOT USE RESERVATIONSTAYS.COM!!!!!!
