Don't use this service, they are shady at best. They tell you your reservation is fully refundable, but whennit comes time for you to try and make a change or cancel for a refund, they first give you the run-a-round, then they don't refund you. And tell you it's because of the "Hotel's policy" and the hotel tells you it's these guys policy. Stay away!
