If you google to find a hotel you know, these people clone the hotel site. They DO NOT tell you they are not the hotel. Moreover they impose cancellation restrictions that exceed those of the hotel. When you try to cancel they direct you to a website. It is highly unlikely that you will be refunded. Furthermore, your bill will have a "fees" item which you are led to believe is local taxes, etc. I would not use these people again under any circumstances.
