I work at a hotel. The guest booked a room with 2 beds but reservationstays.com booked a room with 1 bed. The confirmation email from reservationstays.com says the guest booked a room with 2 beds, but when the guest called support for help, support kept telling the guest that the room with 1 bed is the one they booked and they will not make any changes.
