I booked a fully flexible room stay at a hotel - however, when I tried to cancel one of the two nights (due to flight change) on a date that was within the flexible policy I was told that the policy didn't cover "booked the wrong dates". DO NOT USE this company. It appears on the hotel website as if it is a direct booking with the hotel, but it isn't. There is also no facility to continue with a complaint - it is closed by teh company after it has issued a reply.
