Reserved a non-smoking room, reservationstays booked a smoking room and the hotel couldn't change the reservation upon check-in. reservationstays said they will be more careful in the future, the customer service was rude and unapologetic. They will not offer anything in terms of refund or reimbursement, not even credit towards another reservation.
