My drive has major dips, patchy areas of loose gravel, covered with moss. My husband and I have been calling and messaging for at least 18 months. The last 6 months I have been chasing constantly, as they never call back or call when an appt is booked and when they don’t turn up, I have to chase again to find out why and chase for a new appt. Finally it was agreed by the director that they accepted liability under the warranty booked me in for today 19/8/2019, I did call Friday to confirm they were coming out, once again was told someone would call me back, but of course they didn’t. Had to take my mum to the hospital this morning so had a friend wait in for them, of course they didn’t turn up. Called 3 times 9.30, 10.15 and again when I arrived home at 11.30 and they have now told me the team scheduled to do my drive are sick ‘REALLY COME ON’. Now waiting for a call back from Dave Johnson manager of installs, hope he calls 😫 I am very concerned and feel I now need to pay for legal advice as our warranty runs out in December!! Please can this be sorted as I can’t afford to pay for another drive and it’s not safe to leave the large dips as they are. We have a lovely house with a driveway that was amazing when it was first laid but now looks a total wreck. Nina Durnford of Milton Keynes
